1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In its original condition with all tags still attached.
  • In the original packaging where possible.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised or custom-made items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our website within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted, such as items that show signs of use, are missing parts, or are returned outside the 14-day window at our discretion.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received it, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.
